Partnership Lead

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum 4–5 years of experience in marketing collaborations, partnerships, sponsorships, or business relations. - Experience in retail, mall management, agencies, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred. - Proven experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships and collaboration programs. - Strong understanding of customer engagement and loyalty programs is preferred. - Experienced in negotiation, sponsorship deals, and partnership contracts. - Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. - Detail-oriented, well-organized, proactive, and solution-oriented, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia. Key Responsibilities - Develop, coordinate, and execute partnership programs and joint promotional activities with external partners. - Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnership opportunities. - Support the implementation of marketing campaigns and CRM programs involving external partners. - Build and maintain strong relationships and communication with tenants and strategic partners. - Ensure all partnership deliverables are executed according to agreed timelines and requirements. - Identify and develop collaboration opportunities to enhance customer engagement and loyalty. - Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of partnership initiatives. - Monitor, analyze, and report partnership performance, while maintaining related documentation. - Monitor market trends and identify potential partnership opportunities.
