In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and marketing of our beauty products, from concept to launch. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to ensure our products meet market demands and exceed customer expectations. With a deep understanding of the beauty industry, you will craft innovative product strategies, manage the product lifecycle, and execute compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience. Product Strategy & Roadmap: ● Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals. ● Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. ● Prioritize features and product development based on market demand, ROI, and business goals. 2. Product Development: ● Together with Product Development team, concepting new products ● Design, and collaborate with manufacturing teams to develop new products. ● Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery. ● Oversee the formulation process, ensuring products meet quality standards and customer expectations. 3. Go-to-Market Strategy: ● Plan and execute product launches, including coordinating with sales, digital marketing, and creative teams. ● Manage the product launch timeline, ensuring all teams are aligned and prepared. 4. Marketing Campaigns & Content: • Collaborate with creative and marketing to create and oversee marketing campaigns that highlight product features and benefits. • Collaborate with creative teams to develop ideation • Track the performance of marketing initiatives and product launches. • Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics. 5. Sales Enablement: • Collaborate and provide the sales and retail team with product knowledge, sales tools, and training. • Oversee the sales collateral, presentations, and demos that effectively communicate product value. • Support sales efforts with competitive analysis and customer testimonials. 6. Customer Feedback & Improvement: • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement. • Work with the product team to incorporate feedback into future product development. • Monitor customer satisfaction and adjust marketing strategies accordingly. Requirements: • Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a related role, with a strong focus on consumer products. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Product Management, or a related field. • Passion for the beauty industry and a deep understanding of current trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape. • Industry experience in beauty, cosmetics, or skincare is preferred. • Experience leading small teams or managing cross-functional teams. • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, from concept to launch. • Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights. • Experience with digital marketing tools and strategies, including social media, content marketing, and e-commerce. • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Jira). • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present complex ideas clearly. • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance short-term needs with long-term business goals.
