Sales and Marketing Staff

Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Management or Communications. - Minimum 3 years working as a sales and marketing staff, preferably in a service company. - Good understanding of the Cambridge & International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum. - Good written and verbal communication in English and good interpersonal skills in order to effectively liaise with students and other parties. Job Description: - Prospecting: Identity potential students and families through various channels such as online research, networking, and referrals. - Consultative Selling: Understand the needs and preferences of prospective families to recommend the most suitable programs and offerings. - Sales Targets: Meet and exceed enrollment targets within assigned territories or segments. - Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, events) to attract potential students. - Event Planning: Organize and participate in educational fairs, open houses, and other events to generate leads and build brand awareness.
