Job Responsibilities:

Provide personalized administrative support to the Director, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and managing correspondence.

Handle secretarial tasks such as minutes of meetings, invoices, payments, and other administrative duties.

Oversee office operations, office supplies, including vendor coordination and payment.

Handle other miscellaneous activities including personal errands.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Secretarial Studies (mandatory).

Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with the expat Director (mandatory).

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the secretarial field, fresh graduates in Secretarial Studies are welcome to apply.

Excellent in time management skill, good organizational skills, and demonstrated willingness to learn.

Experience with Outlook calendar and scheduling tools.
