Requirement : 

Bachelor's degree from a reputable university with a major in design or visual communication 

Min. 1 year of professional experience as Graphic Designer, Product Designer, or Creative Multimedia Supervisor. 

Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to adhere to project deadlines. 

Proficient in creating motion graphics using software such as Adobe Premiere or After Effects. 

Proactive approach, strong management and organisational abilities, with the capacity to oversee and execute design projects from inception to completion. 

Diligent and adept at working in a fast-paced environment with a readiness to adapt to various work styles. 

Portfolio showcasing comprehensive skills and professional experience. 

Job Desc: 

Supervising a team of multimedia professionals, including graphic designers, video editors, and other specialists; 

Planning, organising, and coordinating multimedia projects from conception to completion; 

Identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that arise during multimedia production, such as technical difficulties, resource constraints, or conflicting priorities; 

Ensuring the quality and consistency of multimedia content produced by the team.
