- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quoting, sales support, or a related position (preferably in the same industry). - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and quoting software. Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is a plus. - Prepare and issue detailed quotes for clients based on their specifications and requirements. Ensure all quotes include accurate pricing, delivery timelines, terms and conditions, and other relevant details. - Communicate with clients to gather all necessary information to prepare quotes. - Respond to client inquiries and provide clarification or updates on quotes as needed. - Research market pricing and suppliers to ensure that quotes are competitive. - Assist in updating and maintaining pricing databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
