Strategic Partnerships Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and develop a pipeline of strategic partners and early adopter clients relevant to our goals.

• Lead negotiations and secure initial agreements, including Letters of Intent (LOIs), pilot projects, and commercial contracts.

• Develop and implement strategies for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across industry and potentially government sectors in Indonesia.

• Represent the company in meetings and communications with potential government partners or regulatory bodies.

• Actively support investor relations and fundraising activities, potentially including preparing pitch materials, participating in investor meetings, and communicating company progress.

• Collaborate with the Founder/CEO to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.

• Provide market feedback to the product and engineering teams to inform product development.

• Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and new growth opportunities within the EdTech sector.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven track record of success (ideally 2+ years) in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Corporate Development, or a similar role, preferably within the tech or startup ecosystem.

• Demonstrated experience in identifying, negotiating, and closing complex deals and strategic partnerships.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
