Team Leader Costumer Service ( All Chanel)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader Customer Service to oversee our customer support operations across all channels (phone, email, chat, social media). The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of achieving team goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the customer service team across multiple channels.

2. Monitor team performance to ensure KPI and SLA targets are met.

3. Provide regular training, feedback, and performance evaluations to team members.

4. Identify areas for process improvement to enhance customer experience.

5. Prepare performance reports and analyze customer trends for management.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field (preferably Management or Communication).

2. Experience:

   • 2–3 years as a Customer Service or Call Center Agent.

   • At least 1 year as a Team Leader in a related role.

3. Skills:

   • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a plus).

   • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

   • Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

4. Other Qualifications:

   • Target-oriented and familiar with KPI & SLA.

   • Willing to work shifts and multitask across multiple customer service platforms.
