Tech Support & Upload Specialist (KLI-87)

Role Overview

The Tech Support & Upload Specialist ensures seamless technical and data operations during video capture projects. The role balances hands-on hardware/software troubleshooting with high-volume video data management and quality control to support AI training systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Operations: Test gear daily, troubleshoot hardware/software field issues, configure systems, and provide first-line technical support.

• File Management: Safely transfer large volumes of video footage from SD cards to internal storage and verify file integrity.

• Quality Control (QC): Review recorded footage to ensure it meets strict visual standards (framing, lighting, proper task execution) and flag defect patterns.

• Inventory & Maintenance: Track equipment, perform routine maintenance (firmware updates, SD card flashing), and prep gear for daily use.

• Documentation: Log QC findings, submit end-of-day summary reports, and document bugs or recurring issues clearly.

Key Qualifications

• Technical: Experience with Ubuntu/Linux terminal & Bash commands, networking/router setups, OS installation, and hardware troubleshooting.

• Core Competencies: High attention to detail, fluent English communication, strong problem-solving skills under pressure, and data handling experience.

• Preferred: Background in hardware/software QA or media/studio production environments.
