Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Relations professional to lead labor union engagement, employee relations initiatives, and industrial relations strategies within a large-scale manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage labor union relationships and industrial relations matters • Handle disciplinary cases, grievances, and dispute resolution processes • Lead collective labor agreement (PKB/CBA) negotiations • Coordinate with labor authorities, mediators, and external stakeholders • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Experience in Footwear Industry is preferred • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Law • 5–8 years of Industrial Relations experience • Strong understanding of labor law and industrial dispute resolution • Proven experience handling labor unions and employee relations cases • Strong communication, negotiation, and mediation skills • Experience in manufacturing environments is highly preferred • Good English communication skills
