Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology.

• Maximum age of 35 year old.

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the field of HRD, in manufactured is a plus.

• Fluent in English is a must.

• Willing to be placed in Citeureup, Bogor Regency.

Job Description :

• Conduct a Training Need Analysis and create the modules.

• Implement and maintain company competencies for all roles and levels.

• Design and manage the strategies and framework of Performance Appraisal employees.

• Conducting Job Analysis and KPI development.

• Conducting an orientation for new employee.

• Conducting training for employee.

• Create a training report.
