Key Responsibilities: - Develope and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, including corporate customers and business partners. - Identify new business opportunities and proactively generate leads to expand JADIPrint's customer base. - Understand client needs and provide tailored printing solutions that align with their branding and business goals. - Manage the end-to-end sales process, from pitching and negotiation to closing deals and after-sales support. - Work closely with clients to provide insights on printing trends, custom design options, and branding strategies. - Collaborate with the internal team (design, production, and marketing) to ensure smooth execution of client projects. - Track sales performance, client feedback, and campaign results to optimize future strategies. Qualifications: - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development (preferably in the printing, advertising, or creative industry). - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to develop customized solutions and provide strategic recommendations to clients. - Highly proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a consultative sales approach. - Strong networking and relationship-building skills. - Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines efficiently. - Proficient in professional English communication, both written and spoken. - Basic understanding of Linkedin for B2B sales and networking.
