Tasks & Responsibility: • This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for build and maintain strong relationships with existing/new clients by understanding their business needs, ensuring satisfaction, and addressing any concerns promptly to foster long- term partnerships.. • The day-to-day tasks of the role will include creating strategic account plans, monitoring on-going business project end-to-end, be the first layer of customer interface, and identifying new business or solution opportunities to grow the company's revenue. Qualification: • Strong customer service, communication and negotiation skills. • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships. • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales or Account Management, preferably in the same industry. • Ability to collaborate within the team and multitask effectively. • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business growth oppotunities. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. • A bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Management, or a related field.
