Job Requirements:

- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written).

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Telecommunications, or related fields.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development or Sales

- Fresh graduates ( Mandarin speaker ) with relevant skills are welcome.

- Understanding of the Telecommunications, Call Center, and AI industries is a plus.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proactive, strategic thinker, and team player.

- Willing to work onsite in Jakarta.

Job Responsibilities:

- Expand market reach and increase sales. - Build and maintain client and partner relationships.

- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis.

- Present solutions to potential clients.

- Convert leads into clients. - Negotiate contracts and agreements.
