Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. - Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in business operations or a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully executing business strategies. - Experience in launching new business ventures or startups is highly desirable. - Skills: Strong analytical & execution skills. Can manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative approach to overcoming challenges. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Personal Attributes: Highly motivated and self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. - Business Strategy Execution: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic business plans for the new venture. Translate business strategies into actionable tasks and manage the end-to-end execution process. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline operations and achieve goals faster. - Project Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term and long-term projects. Collaborate with HR to recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team. - Operational Oversight : Monitor daily, weekly, monthly, and quarter business operations to ensure they align with strategic goals. Optimize processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. - Risk Management: identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth business operations. Continuously monitor risks and adjust plans as necessary to minimize impact on business objectives. - Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, partners, and internal teams. Act as a liaison between the new business unit and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration. - Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Drive a culture of continuous improvement by seeking feedback and making data-driven adjustments to strategies and processes. - Direct Reporting and Communication : Provide regular updates to the CEO and VP on the status, highlighting achievements, risks, and areas requiring support or intervention. - Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for executive review to inform decision-making.
