Job Description: • Manage office and building facilities to ensure proper maintenance and functionality. • Oversee company assets, including inventory tracking and documentation. • Coordinate with vendors and external parties for operational needs. • Handle administrative tasks and document management. • Plan and monitor the operational budget effectively. • Arrange meeting facilities and accommodations for clients or guests. • Support employee activities and HR-related logistics (optional). • Perform ad-hoc general affairs tasks as needed. • Provide basic IT support when required. Job Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field. A diploma or equivalent experience in General Affairs or Office Administration is acceptable. • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in General Affairs, Office Management, or a similar role. • Experience in facility management, asset handling, and petty cash management is preferred. • Familiarity with vendor management and event coordination is a plus. • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines. • Meticulous in maintaining records, overseeing assets, and ensuring accuracy in petty cash • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with employees, vendors, and external partners. • Proactive in addressing office issues, facility maintenance, and ad hoc operational challenges. • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with employees, management, and external vendors.
