Responsibilities: - Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process - Managing employee administration databases such as CV, Employee Attendance, Time Off Data Controlling. Psikotest Result, BPJS, etc. - Assist with the coordination of training and development programs and improvement of the learning management system by developing the digital program - Managing the internal engagement activities such as annual gathering, town hall, etc. - Responsible for carrying out HC and GA administration processes - Coordinator of office maintenance, assets, supplies, and cleanliness to ensure the office is in good working order - Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation programs - Assist with employee onboarding-offboarding processes, including exit interviews and necessary paperwork - Responsible for any ad-hoc activities from users - Report the progress of HCGA activities to the HCGA Manager Requirement: - Bachelors or Master student from Psychology. Business Administration (Any relevant major are welcome to apply) - Having at least 1 year of working experience as HCGA or in the related field - Having a good knowledge in operating as well as analysis Psychological Assessment Tools (DISC, Pauli, Big5, Papi Kostick) - Strong knowledge of HR practices, regulations, and employment laws - Proficiency in using various job portal, HRIS systems, and learning management system - Proficient in using Google workspace (gsheet, gdoc, etc) - Fluent in english (both speaking and writing) - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Have good interpersonal skills to interact and engage with other department - Passionate in environmental issue - Willing to be placed in Bandung
